How this site handles information

1. What this site collects

Undivided Humanism only receives the information you choose to submit through the site. That may include your name, email address, message, Circle interest details, support-related questions, or other form responses you choose to provide. Please do not submit information you would not want handled through a simple website form or ordinary email.

2. What not to submit

This website is not an emergency, crisis, counseling, medical, legal, or financial service. Do not use site forms to send urgent safety concerns, crisis requests, confidential records, medical information, legal documents, financial account details, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted local crisis resource.

3. How messages are handled

Messages submitted through the site may be reviewed by the project steward or a person helping with Undivided Humanism operations. Messages are reviewed as capacity allows. A response is not guaranteed. Submitted messages may be used to respond to your request, understand interest in the project, improve public materials, organize Circle-related communication, or handle support and shop-related questions when those features are active.

4. Email and form delivery

Site forms and ordinary email are practical communication tools, but they are not fully private or secure channels. Do not use them for anything that requires protected, encrypted, confidential, or time-sensitive handling.

5. Hosting and form services

This site may use hosting, form-handling, email, payment, or fulfillment services to operate basic website features. For example, form submissions may pass through the site’s hosting or form-processing provider before reaching the project inbox. Those outside services may process limited technical information needed to deliver the form, host the page, prevent abuse, process payments, or complete a shipment.

6. Analytics and tracking

This early-stage version of the site does not intentionally include separate analytics tracking. Basic technical logs may still be created by hosting, security, form-processing, email, payment, or fulfillment providers as part of normal service operation.

7. Support, shop, payments, and shipping

If you use support, shop, donation, payment, or shipping features, the information needed to complete that action may be handled by outside payment, shipping, or fulfillment providers. Undivided Humanism should not receive or store full payment card numbers through this website. Order, support, or shipping details may be retained as needed to complete the transaction, handle questions, manage records, or meet ordinary operational needs.

8. Retention

Messages and records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project records, manage operations, resolve issues, or understand project interest. Unneeded messages may be deleted during ordinary cleanup.

9. Public materials

Do not submit stories, messages, names, or personal details that you expect to remain confidential if you are offering them for possible public use. Undivided Humanism will not intentionally publish private contact information, but public-facing contributions, testimonials, stories, or shared materials should be treated separately and only used with appropriate permission.

10. Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated as the project grows, especially if new features are added, such as expanded Circle tools, support systems, shop features, accounts, newsletters, or public contribution workflows.
